3. Products & Orders

All products are made to order after purchase confirmation.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through approved payment gateways and other payment methods available on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected locations and products.
We reserve the right to verify COD orders before processing.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD services for future purchases.

6. Custom & Print-on-Demand Products

Each product is printed specifically for your order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product details, and customization information before placing an order.
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
We reserve the right to reject designs that violate intellectual property rights, contain unlawful content, or are otherwise inappropriate.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only.
Delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The print quality significantly differs from the approved design.
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
